David Ellis: "Baker's"
Taken directly from his youtube?
David Ellis is a visionary artist who explores the nexus of art, music, and movement. His "motion paintings" are works recorded in stop-frame animation and assembled into video sequence.
For "Baker's," Ellis painted for eight days in the Theory Gansevoort store. The result is a fast-forward compilation of evolving imagery, which becomes as much a work of art as the painted canvas.
Check it out here.
